L.A Brewery

Louise discovered kombucha 10 years ago & fell in love. This led to experimenting in the kitchen with fermentation using tea, seasonal flowers & fruits.

3 years on, Louise teamed up with food & drink partners William Kendall & Mark Palmer and launched L.A Brewery in 2017 to craft better-tasting non-alcoholic drinks.

For this project, we packed our kit and headed off for Suffolk, where L.A brewery is set up. Here we captured the very roots of the business, where it all started, from the idea planted in Louise’s mind, to the first brew, and now over one million bottle sold.

Even though we haven’t managed to capture the sunset we planned to, the video has helped L.A Brewery raise £1,337,220.93 on Crowdcube.
